The aim is for you to be able to practice the exercises independently and according to your schedule and your individual goals.
As a trained yoga teacher, nutritionist and personal trainer I follow a holistic approach. I would like to share my knowledge and experience with you. Our goal is a healthy and balanced lifestyle that meets the challenges of your everyday life.

Strengthen your back and torso core muscles. This way you build up strength and reduce tension. You train your posture and practise healthy movement patterns that proved you with daily relief you in everyday life (office work). Muscular imbalances are specifically targeted and counteracted.
